Description

Dasro is looking for two Communications Consultant for a contract role with its client in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Successful proponents will be assigned to support the functions described below, with assignments based on their background and skill sets.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support, develop, and execute communication strategies for related to safety, online services, ExpressAddress.com, energy efficiency initiatives, natural gas appliances and loyalty promotions while ensuring consistency of messaging and brand across communications channels.

Day to day support of business including creating and revising letters, forms, and process documentation and also preparing communication related to periodic work such as construction activities and special projects which affect customers. This also includes the ongoing management of saskenergy.com including support of design and content management, monitoring and ensuring content is relevant and up to date, and providing recommendations for online process efficiencies for customers and core business. A background in online customer experience would be considered an asset.

Mapping and assessing customers experience with a goal of recommending or performing changes that will improve processes, documentation, or customer facing materials.

Qualifications:
    Hold a degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or Business Administration
    Experience as listed above in Scope of Work
    Experience in the utility or natural gas industry
