McDougall Auctioneers Ltd is busy Saskatchewan based Auction company with offices in Regina and Saskatoon. The Company has been operating for 35 years, and serves a very wide customer range from private sellers and buyers, to leading National and Multinational Financial Institutions and Companies  
The Company is looking for CEO to join its team. Reporting to the Board of Directors, CEO is accountable for the overall operation of the organization. As agreed with the Board of Directors, CEO is responsible for the implementation of long-term and short-term goals for the company.
Job Responsibilities
-    Sets strategy and direction for the company
-    Works with upper management to create and implement strategies, short term and long term goals
-    Drives the values and culture of the business
-    Identifies risks and ensures appropriate strategies are in place with the CFO
-    Monitor profitability of the business with the CFO
-    Takes the lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together to reach company goals and by coming up with fresh ideas that will set the company apart from competitors
-    Ensures correct practices (relevant legislations) are being met, like Health and Safety and others.

Technical Skills and Knowledge
-    Business and Marketing credentials
-    5+ yrs leadership experience in mid-size private company
-    Exceptional leaderships skills including strategic, financial and human resources management
-    Professional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated capabilities to develop strategies, present, collaborate, influence and negotiate
-    Capable of enhancing overall productivity, the elimination of inefficiencies
-    Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships and to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing

Remuneration
$100k to $140k depending on qualification and experience
