1.Prepare and cook Chinese cuisine as per order
2.Prepare and cook other meals that including in stores menu
3.Schedule and supervise Kitchen Helpers, maintain ingredients inventory and report to the supervisor
4.Research on local customers interest and develop new menu and seasonal meal accordingly
5.Coordinate with supervisor, make sure the kitchen meet the hygiene standard
6.Qualified candidate must have at least 1 years continuous working exp in cooking
