The Prince Albert Downtown Business Improvement District Association (PADBID) is a statutory board of the City of Prince Albert and was established in 2005 to plan, manage and develop the Prince Albert Downtown Business Improvement District.
The position is part-time, 20 hours a week, scheduled as 10:00 am to 12:00 and 1:00 pm to 3:00. July & August the position is Tuesday to Saturday (to allow for covering the Summer on the Square event), the rest of the year the position is Monday to Friday. This part time position is for 42 weeks of the year with the months of December & January having the office is closed.

Required Qualifications:
1. Believe in our Mandate/Vision (refer to our website)
2. Post-Secondary education or equivalent work experience
3. Experience in bookkeeping using Quick Books and Simply Accounting
4. Typing Skills in excess of 40 wpm
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite of products
6. Competent in social media including Google, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, Instagram
7. Understand and working knowledge of WordPress and Jetpack
8. Ability to work with little or no supervision
9. Excellent Customer Service
10. Strong organizational, written, presentation and communication skills.
11. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and embrace new ideas
12. Personable outgoing manner
13. Event Planning Experience an asset
14. Experience working with a volunteer Board of Directors an asset
15. Experience working within a Non-Profit Corporation an asset
16. Able to work with others without conflict
17. Customer service or hospitality experience an asset
18. Professional appearance, valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
