Description

The candidate will be able to support, develop, and execute communication strategies for related to safety, online services, and loyalty promotions while ensuring consistency of messaging and brand across communications channels. Engagement with representatives from the agency may be required at times, including the development of project briefs, discovery sessions, and media placement briefings.

Duties may include support of business including; creating and revising letters, forms, and process documentation, preparing communication related to periodic work. This also includes the ongoing management of the company website including support of design and content management, ensuring content is up to date, as well as providing recommendations for customers and core business.

The successful candidate will be comfortable mapping and assessing customers experience with a goal of recommending/performing changes that will improve processes, documentation, or customer facing materials. This may also include collection and analysis of market research related to customers experience.

Required Skills:
- A degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or Business Administration; or have a Certificate or Diploma in similar discipline as noted above with related experience as listed above
- Experience in the utility or natural gas industry

Desired Skills:
- Previous experience with a utility or in the natural gas industry in a communications, marketing, or customer experience role
- Customer Usability Analyst designation
- A background in online customer experience
- Demonstrated strong organization and English communication skills
- Detail oriented and independently assures quality
- Able to respond to multiple competing demands in a timely fashion
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, Lotus Notes, Live Cycle, Adobe Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, and Google Analytics
