Description

Adecco Saskatoon is currently recruiting for an Executive Administrator to work with our client located in Saskatoon, SK. This contract is expected to last 10 months but has a possibility for extension. We are looking for an individual who is adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines with an ability to build strong relationships with the team. To be considered for this Executive Administrator contract you must have 3-5 years of strong office experience. Successful candidates will have experience with various Administrative tasks and MUST receive proficient scores on internal typing and computer tests.

Responsibilities:
- Provide coordination, scheduling and administrative assistance to the team members
- Establishes and maintains confidential records, correspondence and related material
- Compiles reports, presentations and other documents as required
- Arranges events, meetings, workshops and training sessions including room bookings, catering and logistics and liaises with local IT members for technical support
- Arranges and coordinates domestic and international travel and ground transfer arrangements for team members
- Contributes to the induction and on-boarding of new employees where required
- Coordinates guest arrival and departure in accordance with established office procedures
- Participates as required in relevant committees and office roles for safety related positions
- Maintain file and document management as required and ensure secure and effective records management
- Event management, including booking of venues, arranging travel schedules, etc.

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma preferred
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience with MS-SharePoint is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to priorities workload
