The Senior Accountants primary responsibilities are reconciliation, internal audits, inventory, and month end. The responsibilities deal with all lines of business at SWT. This positon will interact with operational staff.

The Senior Accountant does not need a designation or working their way to a designation but they must know advanced accounting processes. Strong communication is required to work with operations staff on inventory, audits, to answer questions from staff, and can work independently. Knowledge of the grain industry is an asset but not required.
