Involved in continuous improvement of services and associated processes, the purpose of this position is to support the investigation, implementation and delivery of enhanced customer services and processes from ConnectionPoint to faculty and staff at the University of Saskatchewan.

The Process Effectivess Analyst accountable for supporting the Process Effectiveness team and associated projects and activities that foster high performance and expand the administrative capabilities of ConnectionPoint through continuously improving services, processes and technologies that support institutional priorities.
