Description

The Regina Soccer Association (RSA), a member of the Saskatchewan Soccer Association, is a non-profit organization with more than 3000 passionate and committed members. With its extensive indoor and outdoor facilities, the RSA offers year around programs for both youth and adults, and the opportunity to play soccer under the same umbrella from birth to retirement.

Executive Director - Regina

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will be tasked with directing and developing the RSA into one of the premiere soccer organization in Canada. Establishing business and operational plans as a foundation for growth of both members and partners will be the responsibility of the Executive Director, as well as the development of marketing and communications plans to attract them. Together with the team, the Executive Director will develop stronger policies and procedures around membership and programs, with an unwavering focus on the development and delivery of high quality member services. Facilitation and oversight of budget development and ensuring financial goals are met will be of outmost importance in this role.

The RSA is looking for a strategic and engaging leader with a passion for sports and a proven track record of building structure and helping organizations and their teams grow to the next level. You will bring 5-10 years of progressive accountability leading an organization, preferably in the sports or non-profit sector. A degree in a relevant field combined with superior leadership and communication skills is required for this role or a combination of education and experience applicable to the role will be considered. Strong business and financial acumen is a must.
