Flaman Group of Companies in Saskatoon is looking for a customer focused individual to joining our Parts and Rentals department as a parts and Rentals Customer Service Rep. Flaman believes in people working together, doing what's right to make a difference.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primarily assisting customers find and book the right parts and/or rental equipment over the phone and in person
Explaining and demonstrating the operation of rental equipment to customers before it is removed from the property
Examining returned equipment for damages
Merchandising
Ensuring the showroom is kept clean, presentable and up to date in respect to product information, brochures and signage
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Exceptional telephone etiquette
Efficient with computers and quick to learn new software
Familiarity with mechanical and agricultural equipment is considered an asset
An eager and motivated attitude
Willingness to learn new things and to help out other team members
