Description

The mission of Regina Youth for Christ is to communicate to youth the life-changing message of Jesus Christ, showing concern for the whole person and challenging them to become his disciples.
The successful candidate will work with the communities programs Director by developing, coordinating and supervising youth initiatives in Regina and/or surrounding areas

Duties:
-All Regina Youth For Christ staff missionaries will participate in the RYFC relational support-building strategy that creates donors as lifetime ministry partners.
-Build healthy relationships with youth and adults: being available to guide youth, and providing a sense of belonging, care, and trust.
-Attend YFC sponsored events: ie training, staff meetings, supervision and performance reviews, fundraising, etc.
-Develop young leaders and making lifelong disciples
-Responsible to oversee, develop and coordinate programming initiatives such as home groups, alpha courses, youth nights/bible studies and outreach events.
-Recruit and retain a willing enthusiastic group of volunteers
-Oversee all program evaluation activities with the following criteria: You are helping to shape young leaders by making life-long disciples of Jesus Christ.
-Maintain good communication with the entire Community & Schools team
-Develop and manage relationships with schools, training centers, local churches, pastors, businesses and community-based organizations.
-Follow RYFCs policy and procedure when handling time sheets, reports, budgeting and confidential information.
