Our client has an immediate full-time permanent opportunity available for a Manufacturing Manager


Responsibilities:
-Successfully execute production schedules and responsible for manufacturing agriculture equipment
-Effectively hire and motivate the production team to achieve manufacturing objectives
-Successfully oversee procurement needs, vendor relations and cost reduction initiatives
-Effectively implement and sustain lean manufacturing concepts


Qualifications:
-Minimum 5-10 years experience leading people and processes in a factory setting
-Post-secondary training in engineering, production or business is an asset; although equivalent years of experience in a related position will be considered
-Exposure to ERP or production planning systems is an asset
-Strong knowledge of metal manufacturing processes is an asset
