Our successful branch located in Moosomin, SK currently has a Part Time opportunity for a Service Writer. This exciting position reports directly to the Service Sales Manager and works alongside experienced and motivated team members.
Responsibilities of the job:
Ensuring all paper flow and record keeping for the service department is completed and administered properly and efficiently
Administering all aspects of the warranty claim flow including claim writing, warranty parts return, warranty account reconciliation, and warranty appeals
Keeping accurate records of customer surveys
Working with Service Manager on day to day operations of the Service Department
To be successful you will need:
A High School Diploma
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software
Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills
Technical Knowledge of Agriculture and/or Construction equipment
Previous warranty administration experience with CASE Construction and/or Agriculture
