Our Project Director is a critical member of our management team, and a leader within our organization to support our project delivery teams. The Project Director will develop and maintain relationships with our key stakeholders, clients, owner representatives and staff.
Reporting to the President & CEO, the Project Director will be responsible for planning, organizing and supporting all activities within our organization.
As Project Director, you would be responsible for:
- Supporting our Teams with execution of the projects.
- Leading our Estimating Team through the bidding process including negotiating of contracts, tender schedules, as well as assisting with costing and risk evaluation.
- Supporting our needs for Business Development with maintaining connection to the industry, presentations and presentation of proposals, and assisting with Project pursuits.
Candidates must possess:
- Superior communication skills
- A demonstrated track record in previous management positions with a Commercial Construction Company
- At least 10-15 years of construction industry experience in a project management, or management position, with experience in both project delivery and estimating
- A post-secondary education in construction-related disciplines (Engineering Degree/Technical Diploma is preferred)
