A busy and growing company is seeking a full time Office Assistant, to start as soon as possible.
- Applicants must possess excellent computer, grammatical and organizational skills and be comfortable answering a multi-line telephone system.
- Will be adept at handling typical responsibilities of the position without needing assistance and will be able to follow special instructions on less routine tasks.
- Will demonstrate careful attention to details of each task and work at an effective pace, responsive to the needs of staff and clients.
- Will be one of the first contacts for the business and must make a professional impression in dealing with clients, the public and staff, both in person and on the phone.
