The Service Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Knowledge and use of gas theory, to troubleshoot HVAC equipment along with a strong customer communication skills.
Responsibilities:
o Install, repair and maintain heating equipment, water treatment equipment, piping and controls, underground storm sanitary and water piping systems
o Install, repair and maintain sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, conditioners, plumbing fixtures, appliances and trim
o Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, graded and meet the requirements of the appropriate codes
