Reporting to the VP, Sales and Marketing, this role is a key member of our leadership team. This position is responsible for revenue, product development, managing customer relations, planning, and project and change management for the Individual Sales area.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate innovative business development strategies, working closely with other department managers and executives, to ensure Individual Product sales initiatives meet and integrate with organizational objectives, values, quality of service and regulatory requirements
- Develop sales policies and strategies for our Individual Product including: product/service mix, product/service improvements, pricing and margins to ensure long term sustainability and growth
- Conduct market and technology research and anticipate and respond to developments in the industry
- Budget planning and monitoring of expenditures and reporting, including ongoing forecasting and revenue projections
- Oversee all human resources functions for the team including workforce planning, performance management and recruitment
- Advocate and drive change, manage resistance and ensure effective communications.
