Show Home Attendant
Maison Design+Build is an award-winning, boutique home builder specializing in delivering design-driven homes to the Saskatoon market. Maison provides clients with high quality custom homes, that go beyond the industry standard.
Maison Design+Build is currently looking for a mature, enthusiastic, Show Home Attendant to join their talented team. This is a temporary, part-time, position based in Saskatoon.
Show home hours are Thursday from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm and Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
The successful candidate will be required to attend a mandatory orientation session prior to the start date of the position.
The salary for this position starts at $15.00/hour (negotiable based on experience).
Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing Show Home each shift
- Greeting public and providing accurate information about Show Home features and MAISON Design+Build services
- Forwarding potential clients on to MAISON Design+Build's Sales Team for follow up
- General cleaning to ensure show home remains in pristine condition
- Replenishing brochures and point of sale marketing materials
- Promote MAISON Design+Build to the general public
Skills and Experience:
- Great interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Saskatoon and itss new neighbourhoods
- Professional and courteous when dealing with customers
- Above average verbal communication skills
- Experience in retail sales or serving dealing with the public is considered an asset
Other:
- Dress is business casual (no jeans, sweat pants or yoga pants)
Requirements:
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 drivers license
- Reliable transportation
- Bondable
