As a valuable member of the Information Technology team, the Business Analyst is responsible for creating quality documentation of business requirements and development activities through implementation and production delivery. The Business Analyst is also responsible for providing overall support and communications between the Information Technology team and other organisational units and may be called upon to assist in managing corporate initiatives as required.

To succeed in this position, you will have demonstrated knowledge of software testing techniques; systems analysis methodologies and best practices with a strong knowledge of system development life cycles, techniques and tools. You will have experience with multiple business analysis and project management techniques and tools with demonstrated flexibility and understanding on when to apply them. You are also proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualified candidates will possess a post-secondary degree in computer science, software engineering, business or related field, and a CBAP designation, supplemented by five or more years of experience in a relevant role within the information technology industry. A combination of equivalent education, training and experience will be considered.
