The primary function of the position will be to coordinate the logistical and administrative duties, team preparations, and promotion that is required to support the successful participation of Team Regina in the 2018 Saskatchewan Winter Games to be held in North Battleford, February 18-24, 2018.

The coordination will include various roles, including recruiting mission staff, working with the Saskatchewan Games Council, the North Battleford Host Society, and the Provincial Sport Governing Bodies (PSGBs) to effectively fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the position.
