Description

As Project Engineer with a reputable Saskatchewan organization, you will lead a qualified team in the inspection, analysis and design of Commercial Building Projects within Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

Based in Regina your responsibilities include:

1. Lead and complete evaluations, analysis and inspections of commercial roof and building envelope systems for clients within the commercial, institutional and industrial industries (i.e. schools, hospitals, office buildings, malls, mining facilities, manufacturing, oil & gas, etc.)  

2. Coach and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.  Lead and provide engineering design support. Work closely and liaison with the Project Management team throughout the project cycle.  

3. Establish consistent company standards, together with the Senior Engineer and other Project Engineers.  

Day travel approx. 2 days/week  the company focus is work-life balance.

Education & Experience:
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng) Designation with the ability to be licensed in Saskatchewan  (www.apegs.sk.ca)
- Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural or other) or related profession in the construction industry.
- Approx 5+ years engineering experience.
Competent in technical report and specification writing.
