The Recreation and Programming Manager holds a key leadership position in the Community Services Department for the City of Melville. The Manager has responsibility for the utilization and programming of the Horizon Credit Union Centre (HCUC), Merv Moore Sportsplex, the swimming pool, and all parks/trails. The manager also works with community groups and organization to build capacity so that they can be self-supporting.
