INSIDE/COUNTER SALES - HVAC
Are You Customer Service Driven?
FRONTIER PLUMBING & HEATING SUPPLY is seeking a highly motivated, outgoing individual with good communication, computer and organizational skills to be part of the counter sales team, ideally with HVAC and Plumbing expertise, for our Saskatoon branch located at 910 66th Street East.
Candidates ideally will ideally have a minimum of 1-2 years of HVAC/plumbing and/heating order desk and/or Inside Sales experience, HVAC/plumbing experience, or wholesale HVAC/plumbing warehouse experience, and will be a Point of Contact (POC) for receiving customers, including responding to customer inquiries and picking orders. Ability to read, write and speak English, and perform basic math functions is required. Safety is important to Frontier. Steel toed footwear is required.
Your prime objectives will be to focus on maintaining a high degree of customer support and satisfaction as well as developing a strong knowledge of company products and applications. This role plays a key part in our organization.
