Description

Job Summary:    To provide customer service through graphic design, sales of services and products and to determine the best procedure/product to meet the customers needs. To perform a variety of tasks that support sales and service (i.e. merchandising, housekeeping, restocking, etc.).

Qualifications:    Experience as graphic designer; Demonstrated history of high performance solving customer problems and establishing solid customer relations; Excellent communications skills; Computer literate; Demonstrated ability to learn and apply systems and procedures quickly.

Requirements:    Knowledge of Graphic Design, have experience with Photoshop, General word processing skills; available weekend hours; valid drivers license

Job Duties/Expectations:

    Set up and design promotional printing, business forms, programs, signs, business cards, etc;
    Professionally develop the graphic elements that meet theclients' businessneeds;
    Determine requirements for letterhead and business card orders, rubber stamps, custom imprinted signs, and write order;
    Operate Counter Management System (CMS) computer, including all software packages;
    Receive and process packages for UPS shipping and other couriers, including lifting and weighing of packages on scale, accessing the Manifest Software;
    Pack contents for shipping using loosefill, bubblewrap, construct boxes, cut polystyrene, etc.;
    Receive, sort, and place mail in mailbox modules daily;
    Write documents for traces and shipping claims;
    Place, answer and refer telephone calls;
    Stock display shelves with product;
    Operate FAX machine, replace paper;
    Operate black & white and colour copy machine(s) including reproducing and editing  documents, removing misfeeds, cleaning glass surfaces, stocking with paper and adding toner;
    Open and close Security gate daily;
    All other duties as assigned.
