The Physician will maintain a fulltime (Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day) Family Medicine practice, have admitting privileges to St. Joseph's Hospital, and provide Emergency on-call coverage on a 1/10 basis. The Physician will also provide care to the long term care facilities, ER on-call, hospital in-patients and out-patients.
Applicants must have:
-College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP) (or be eligible for)
-Licensure with CPSS (College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan) (or be eligible for)
-a valid drivers license
-legal entitlement to work in Canada
-3 acceptable references
-an acceptable criminal record check with vulnerable sector search
Additional Information:
-Relocation funding of up to $5000-$7500 in exchange for a 1 year return in service, as per SCHR policy
