The Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) is a unique, multi-billion dollar organization based on the fundamental principles of co-operation. It is comprised of a network of approximately 250 autonomous retail co-operatives across Western Canada along with their branch operations, and Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL). FCL is the wholesaling/manufacturing arm of the CRS, which provides the retail co-ops with a range of products and services.

Co-op invites applications for the position of Fuel Truck Driver at our Beeland Co-op Agro Centre located in Tisdale, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Agro Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following:

1.    Operate and deliver bulk fuel petroleum to a variety of customers throughout the region
2.    Pick-up and safely load bulk fuel from distribution centres
3.    Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on trucks
4.    Provide outstanding customer service and develop strong working relationships with customers
5.    Sell customers petroleum and agricultural products, both in store and on farm
6.    Program and use in-truck GPS instruments
7.    Process invoices and complete paperwork as per required
8.    Ability to problem solve and manage self-directed workload
9.    Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Requirements:

1.     Valid 1A or 3A License
2.     A keen attention to detail and safety
3.     Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4.     Previous truck driving and agriculture experience is considered an asset
