We are looking for a full time person in our sausage kitchen to help make sausage and grind hamburger.
Duties may include:
- Grinding of trim
- Sausage making of various types
- Filling and emptying of smokehouse
- Skinning, eviscerating and carcass preparations
- assist in other duties, as assigned
- Heavy lifting may be required
- Basic food safety and sanitation procedures must be adhered to
