Description

The DoubleTree by Hilton is now recruiting for  part-time Banquet Porter(s) to help us provide the best possible experience for our guests.
We are approaching our busiest time of the year and need more help!
The hours required will be scheduled between 5pm-1am. Candidates interested must be available during the week and weekend and holidays. We are flexible with scheduling for the right individuals.

This position requires setting up and tearing down for events in the hotel. This includes room and table set-up, some heavy lifting and requires you to be on your feet for a full shift. Lifting requirements are up to 40lbs unassisted.

The successful candidate:
-Takes direction well and works with minimal supervision
-Neat and professional in appearance
-Punctual, hard-working, reliable and responsible
-Pays close attention to detail
-Has a positive attitude and values exceptional customer service

Please note that preference will be given to previous Porter experience, and/or hotel industry exposure.
