Central Plains Co-op is recruiting for the position of Agro Division Manager to be based out of Rosetown.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and leading the agro division team, as well as overseeing all the agro facilities of Central Plains Co-op.  This management position is responsible for inventory control; sales and marketing of seed, crop protection, fertilizer, chemical, farm equipment, agronomic services and feed; overseeing customer sales and providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate must be able to deal with ambiguity, problem solve and possess strong organizational, leadership and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.  It is expected that the applicant will help grow the Central Plains Co-ops agricultural business.

Previous experience in the agricultural industry is considered an asset.  Candidates must possess a degree in Agriculture, Business or Marketing.  A valid Class 5 Drivers License is required.
