We are currently seeking a caring, compassionate, person centred and enthusiastic individual to join our team! We are hiring for a Supportive Living Worker.
The Supportive Living Worker is to assist clients with intellectual disabilities through the provision of appropriate support and guidance to enhance their ability to live as independently as possible.
The role may include but is not limited to:
- Implements person centred plans
-Acts as a positive role model
-Understands and follows both positive and behavioural programming
Hours of work may vary depending on the supports necessary.
