Description

Southeast Physiotherapy is looking for a Part-time Medical Receptionist to join our team!  We are a well-established rehabilitation clinic that is in its seventh year of business with a large client base in Southeast Saskatchewan.  We employ two physical therapists, one exercise therapist, one office manager, one administrative assistant (part-time) and one occupational tester.  We have also hired another physical therapist who starts in November 2017.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Front reception- greeting clients, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, responding to e-mails, phone, and in-person enquiries
- Administration- accounts receivable, accounts payable, fax documents, scan documents into EMR, setup and invoice direct insurance billing, data entry, assist in marketing and promotion efforts
- Clinic cleaning- sweep, mop, vacuum as required, wash, dry, fold laundry, dishes, clean the bathrooms
- Assist therapists as required

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Grade 12 High School Diploma
- Competent with Microsoft Suite Software, Gmail, Dropbox
- Office experience would be an asset but not required
- Advertising and marketing experience would be an asset but not required
