Facility: HOME CARE (SOUTH)
Job Description: The Manager of Home Care (Sector) in accountable for the administrative direction, leadership, management, coordination, implementation and evaluation of Home Care services to the community in the Sun Country Health Region (Sector) area. In addition, is accountable for ensuring high quality care to clients by providing daily coordination, supervision and direction to the nursing, homemaking, meal, assessment/coordination services. Also is responsible for the Volunteer programs in the sector. This position reports to the Regional Director of Home Care.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA) or Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS)
Valid Class 5 Driver's license
Experience
Progressive clinical experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Interpersonal skills
Demonstrated excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Clinical nursing knowledge
Computer skills in such programs as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Demonstrated ability in project management and ability to work and communicated effectively with multiple levels of the organization and in teams.
Able to integrate clinical knowledge and experience into activities to enhance clinical practice
Other Information

Access to a reliable vehicle as travel is required
