We are seeking a seasoned sales/business development professional who is proactive, self-motivated and with a passion for closing the deal.
Key Skills:
Identify and target key customers within the Estevan area, then develop sales strategies to penetrate new and existing customer accounts
Expand the Noralta's service offering throughout the province of Saskatchewan, providing lead time in conjunction with construction team to respond to customer demand
Develop and manage a pipeline of monthly and quarterly revenue growth opportunities in line with business objectives - identifying client needs and potential future requirements
Leverage Instrumentation/electrical knowledge to provide expertise in expansion/growth opportunities within current accounts, expanding on technical expertise available within the Noralta team.
Demonstrate effective communication skills by creating and delivering exceptional presentations, effectively and reliably coordinating resulting documentation and follow-up, managing the full sales cycle in line with stakeholder expectations
Actively represent Noralta within the industry; exhibit at and attend relevant trade shows and industry events, proactively networking and consistently maintaining brand presence in the market
Education and Experience Level
Minimum of 5 years sales experience in a comparable role within the Oil and Gas industry within the province of Saskatchewan
Established/well-developed sales channels/contacts throughout the province
Instrumentation/Electrical training/work experience would be an asset
