We are seeking caretakers for one of our properties in Regina which includes 2 condo buildings and a pool building. The caretakers are to ensure the buildings are safe and secure and provide a clean, well-maintained and secure building. The caretakers are required to live in the building and maintain caring for the buildings both inside and out.
Clean laundry rooms, including washers, dryers, lint traps, sink, counters, floors and remove trash daily;
Vacuum 1st floor hallways, entrances, elevators & foyers daily;
Clean windows, mirrors a& mailboxes daily;
Wash lobbies 3 times per week and as required;
Maintenance and cleaning of pool, hot tub & change rooms daily;
Assist in collection of condo fees;
Check sump pumps weekly;
Check roof vents monthly;
Check water softeners weekly and add salt as required;
Test water for hardness daily (both buildings);
Caution residents regarding complaints about excessive noise, disorderly conduct & misuse of property;
Adhere to building codes & specifications;
General landscaping, lawn maintenance in the summer including mix & spray fertilizer, herbicides or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, trees using hand or automatic sprayer
Cut lawns weekly;
Attend to Party Room and guest suites
Attending suites regarding heating issues, condo corporation plumbing leaks etc.
Snow removal in the winter including; shovel/snow blow snow from walks, driveways and spread salt as required, and keep an up to date snow/ice log
Ensure all outside entrances to the buildings are clean & tidy
Gather & remove garbage daily
Visual inspection of exterior lights on buildings and grounds
Operate vehicles and powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, snow blowers, chain saws, electric clippers, pruning shears etc.
Provide all other services as required as per Maintenance and Cleaning schedule.
