Description

The Saskatchewan Association of Immigrant Settlement and Integration Agencies (SAISIA) is an umbrella organization of immigrant serving agencies across Saskatchewan. To facilitate effective provincial engagement and coordination, SAISIA established three Working Groups: The Language Training Working Group, the Social Connections Service Working Group and the Employment Services Working Group.
The Community Partnership Facilitator will provide project and administrative support to the SAISIA Working Groups including: Organize meetings to share information, identify issues, service gaps and trends, and seek solution, and follow-up. Develop and implement standardized tools and resources for consistent information collection.Coordinate development and implementation of the Working Groups work plans, collaborative research and surveys, data analysis and reporting including research on promising practices. Engage the community effectively, lead the review and implementation of communication strategy, develop and coordinate special events, activities, and training. Other position-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
University degree in Administration, Social Sciences, Community Development, Policy, Humanities, Education or a Related Degree. Experience coordinating programs, research (qualitative and quantitative), analysis and administrative. Solid understanding of the intersectoral nature of settlement and integration sector and its connection with other human services.  Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration and organizational skills. Proven accountability, resourcefulness, initiative, flexibility and professionalism. Strong ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented, cross-cultural setting.
