Description

Caliber Coffee is seeking a part-time operations assistant for our production crew. Our production crew assists with weekly roaster operations to make sure our roastery can put out great coffee every week. This includes organizing and preparing batches of coffee for roasting, packaging roasted coffee, and preparing our shipments of roasted coffee. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of lifting about 50 lbs at a time. No experience required, as long as you've got the right attributes of independent tasking and teamwork that will make you a good fit. This position is part-time, occupying between 24 and 32 hours a week, with the possibility of more time available in the packaging and production area of the business as our company grows.

Coffee Operations Assistant Job Description:
Label, weight, pack, and ship outbound orders of coffee
Assist in managing label, bag, and box inventory
Efficient and accurate packaging of freshly roasted coffees
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Ensure accurate and timely shipments
Guarantee all outbound shipment pickups
Ensure production and materials meet Caliber standards
Perform related duties assigned by supervisor
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
Reasonably proficient communication skills
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within paramaters.
Must reside in Regina
