We are seeking a full time contract, Member Services Representative to serve our members. You will be scheduled to work in any of our three branches, Quill Lake, Kelvington and Jansen. You are a self-starter who is eager to learn new skills, and enjoy a new challenge.
The MSR is the first point of contact for our members. They are responsible to assist members with their daily financial needs, and refer them to other departments when needed. On a daily basis, they are responsible to process cash and non-cash related transactions. In addition, they receive and refer incoming telephone calls, direct members to appropriate staff and set appointments, when required.
Education & Qualifications
Grade 12 diploma
Working knowledge of computer systems
Experience with cash and customer service
Credit Union experience considered an asset
Bondable
