-must hold a valid SCoP license or in the process with the college to meet hiring requirements
-have a valid Class 4 drivers license
-have the ability to work at full scope of practice
-have excellent verbal and written communication
-be able to work as part of the health care team in pre-hospital and hospital settings
-demonstrate professionalism, honesty, confidentiality and integrity
-maintain a good attendance record
-attend monthly inservices to maintain CME requirements with SCoP
-provide a positive attitude in the work place and function as a team leader
-maintain equipment and ensure supplies are current and in working order
