Drake Meats is looking for meat cutters with good work ethic and superior knife skills. Drake Meats is a fast paced environment cutting down pork and beef for sale and for further processing.
Hourly wage plus benefits and other company perks. Low rent, shared accommodations available in Drake, SK, a small village on Highway 20 (1.5 hours east of Saskatoon; 1.5 hours north of Regina)
Specific Skills
- De-bone meat
- Cut beef, lamb, pork or veal carcasses or sides or quarters of carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting, processing or packaging
Work Setting
- Slaughter houses
- Meat processing and packing plants
