Manage the catering services and the restaurant front end.  Includes staffing and scheduling, overseeing and delegating set up of both on and off site events, organization and delegating execution of all event, all duties associated with running a successful restaurant front end.  Must have awesome people skills, very detail orientated, experience in the hospitality industry an asset but not necessary
