Professional Caring, approachable Visitation Centre Monitors: while working in the Visitation Center they will be responsible for providing a safe, secure environment, physically & emotionally to families during visits, observing visits, assists with program contract compliance & overseeing general office activities. The Visitation Center Monitor's ultimate responsibility is to ensure quality delivery of service to families and efficient program operation & document all visits. Position requires work schedule flexibility, A Grade 12 education or equivalent, Post-secondary certificate/degree in a health care/child care discipline is an asset, 1-3 years of experience, excellent written & verbal communication skills, Strong organizational skills, ability to generate computer reports, the employee physical demand include bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting, to ensure the safety of families and staff; stand, walk and sit for extended periods of time.
