Lynch Property Services Inc. is currently seeking a candidate to fill a part time weekend maintenance worker position. Candidates must be responsible, self-motivated and physically fit.

Shifts are from 5:30am to 2:30pm, Saturdays, Sundays and all statutory holidays. Candidates MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, CLEAN DRIVERS ABSTRACT and the ability to get to and from work as public transportation may not be available. Because of the nature of this job, employees must not have a criminal record.

Duties will include shoveling snow, landscaping, litter pick up, inspection of facilities, as well as basic indoor/outdoor maintenance and repair work. Employees will also be required to operate hand tools, power tools, snow blowers, lawn tractors as well as basic lawn care equipment.

Any certifications such as pesticide applicators license, building systems certificate, etc. would be an asset but is not required. Experience in electrical, plumbing, landscaping, pest control, towing trailers or any other trades would also be considered when determining wage.
