Riverside Mission's goal is to offer care and compassion to our community's less fortunate, delivering a positive message of hope and love to people through our actions and words.  The goal of Riverside Mission is to provide both safe shelter for homeless at-risk men and the opportunity to receive supportive services that will help clients increase and maintain housing stability and self-sufficiency.

Position Summary

The kitchen manager is responsible for the day to day overall operations of the kitchen.   The kitchen manager must ensure the smooth running of the kitchen at all times and supervise and coordinate a group of volunteers with the key aim of delivering the meals required to meet the daily need of the mission's clients.

Qualifications:

Professional cooking certificate from Saskatchewan Polytechnic or an equivalent education program from an accredited educational program with two years relevant experience. Must have Food Safe certificate and WHIMS training.
