Job Purpose:
The Facility Administrator provides administrative support to the operations staff and facility manager. The successful candidate will quickly develop a working knowledge of the day to day operations and company activities while providing excellence in customer service. Please note this is a part time position.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Customer/guest reception
Fluid/Material recording and tracking
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Payroll
Safety Tracking
General Office Administration
Support to the Facility Manager
Qualifications & Competencies:
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum 1 years experience in an administrative role providing supervision to a team
Certificate or diploma in business administration, accounting, or a related area. Equivalent experience will be considered
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Access
Intermediate Excel skills is considered an asset
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
Proven ability to reliably handle confidential information
Ability to travel on a frequent basis to other facilities as required
