Visionpool Business Services is hiring a SHAREPOINT TECHNICAL ANALYST to fully enable and empower staff to use SharePoint Online. You will work closely with end users, create relationships with users as well as assist users with any technical or non-technical issues/questions regarding the move to SharePoint Online and how it impacts their daily tasks.
You will be:
Responsible for the adoption of SharePoint Online tools
Responsible for End user training at a base level on SharePoint Online potentially one-on-one, or
classroom style
Responsible for daily support for SharePoint Online issues and tickets providing assistance both in person and through ServiceNow
Provide SharePoint Online 101 training and support
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years SharePoint experience from a user perspective
Demonstrated experience developing training material including but not limited Quick Reference Cards, FAQs
Demonstrated experience delivering training in a classroom style
Familiar with incident tracking tools such as ServiceNow
