Description

Our client employer is a leading provider of multi-stage well completion technologies and downhole completion tools for the oil and gas industry. On their behalf, we are seeking a Field Sales Manager to generate sales and revenue within the Kindersley area as well as managing and training staff who are conducting field completion operations.

Typical duties include identifying and managing sales opportunities, meeting with customers and travelling to rig sites and facilities, determining customer technical needs and challenges, troubleshooting operational issues and providing solutions to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, preparing bids and customer quotes, reporting weekly sales goals and performance, and supervising staff involved in doing completion operations and/or conducting completion operations if needed.

Applicants must have a minimum of ten years experience in the oil and gas industry, with an above-average familiarity with the operations of producers and competitors working in Southwest SK. Applicants require experience with conventional completion and workover operations and running WR packers, plugs, scrapers, and more. Previous field sales and supervisory experience an asset so as to provide service solutions to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.  Reporting to the CEO of the company, the incumbent must be able to work unsupervised, be familiar with MS Word and Excel, and hold a valid drivers license.
