Are you our next Team Member?
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor  Shaft/Shop at our Colonsay, SK location. In this role you will co-ordinate and supervise shop fabrication, mobile equipment repairs, machine shop and maintenance repairs.

What will you be working on?
* Planning, scheduling and coordinating work with engineering, production and maintenance departments.
* Managing the shop and maintenance budge, estimate man hours and fabrication costs.
* Managing and supervising employees to achieve shop deliverables.
* Identification of work and development of a tracking list, work order generation, material ordering and tracking. This is done in collaboration with the plant operations, maintenance, and site supervisors.

What is required for this role?
* Grade 12/GED.
* Journeyperson ticket - industrial mechanic, heavy duty, or welder OR Technologist Diploma - Mechanical / Electrical OR Mechanical Engineering Degree is an asset.
* Minimum 5 years of Maintenance and Production Experience in the Mining Industry. Good Knowledge of mobile equipment, machining and fabrication. Possess effective planning and scheduling skills. Knowledge of maintenance costs. Experience leading people to achieve commitments.
* Employment is subject to successfully completing Mosaic's pre-employment checks including criminal, drug and alcohol testing.
* Must be authorized to work in Canada.
