Facility: CYPRESS REGIONAL HOSPITAL
Job Description: Reporting to the Director of Acute Care, the Unit Coordinator/Educator will be responsible for the day to day operations and patient flow of the Unit, as well as the Regional Clinical Specialist for the program.  He/She will be the educator for the unit and specialty; facilitating the use of critical thinking skills by the RN, LPN and support staff as they foster to work to their full potential.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Experience
Minimum 3 years relevant Labour and Delivery Nursing experience
Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
CNA (Critical Care Paediatric and/or Perinatal) certification an asset
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Change management skills
Ability to competently use computers and software applications as required by the position

Shifts consist of - 0730-1600
Expected Start Date: November 20, 2017
FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days
112.00 hours per 3 week rotation: 14 shifts of 8.00 hours
