Family Service Regina, a community based not for profit agency is seeking a casual receptionist.
The receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors and the community, and must be able to multitask by greeting clients, answering numerous phone lines, process transactions, update client information, sort and distribute the mail while supporting agency needs. We are looking for someone who is highly organized with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to details.
Ideally this person will have a combination of education and experience, with a willingness to learn as well as a good work ethic and be self-motivated. The ideal person will have strong computer and key boarding skills and is proficient in Microsoft Office.
