SUBPRIME FINANCIAL SERVICES MANAGER

Role of the Financial Services Manager:

- Control the vehicle sale by securing each deal and ensuring that every vehicle sold is delivered.
- Review consumer credit applications, secure financing and establish lender relations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subprime lenders.
- Present protective products to add value to the ownership experience. Products include creditor insurance, extended warranty, environmental protection packages and anti-theft protection.
- Prepare and complete appropriate legal documentation and paperwork for each deal.
- Ensure every client receives a high level of service and attention.

Qualifications:

- Experience in subprime automotive finance, credit, sales and leasing or other relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High customer service satisfaction expectations.
